Your role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the Marketing Director, the Brand Marketing Executive will support the Brand Marketing Team to design and deliver brand and product marketing campaigns. 

We are currently repositioning the brand for growth, focusing on building our direct to consumer (fan) proposition alongside our B2B proposition for Partners, Teams and Manufacturers. Working collaboratively with other Formula E departments and our local and international agencies this role is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in delivering best-in-class campaigns to support our growth ambition.  

What you will be doing

You will be supporting the marketing and brand team to deliver integrated global campaigns and activations.   

Developing marketing tactics to support the launch and continued promotion of digital products (i.e. Formula E Predictor and Fanboost).  

Monitoring and optimising digital marketing activity, supporting the delivery of acquisition campaigns and helping to improve the consumer journey across Formula E’s platforms. 

Collaborating with internal teams, partners and wider ecosystem on the development and timely approval of brand and marketing campaign assets. 

Supporting across consumer partnerships, developing mutual activation tactics to drive awareness and engagement of our brand and offering. 

You will be expected to nurture strong relationships with Digital, Content and Communications teams by ensuring a regular and accurate information flow. 

Managing the process for the wider marketing and brand team to submit and track POs, ensuring timely payment is made to suppliers. 

Delivering regular reporting documents including post event campaign reports and evaluation of brand campaigns. 

Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including creating presentation decks, helping to schedule meetings and preparing for events. 

What we are looking for

We are looking for a proactive self-starter with a desire to learn and develop. The marketing team will play a leading role in driving forward the ambitious goals of Formula E, and we’re looking for a creative and energetic team player who brings enthusiasm and a spirit of collaboration to everything they do. 

You will have a minimum of three years’ experience in planning and executing brand marketing campaigns that flex across multiple media and territories. A degree in a relevant field will be useful but is not a mandatory requirement. 

You will be highly organised and adept at running multiple, simultaneous campaigns. 

Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work under minimum supervision to strict deadlines and to be able to quickly adapt to changing business needs. 

The ability to work amongst a diverse international workforce and the passion and flexibility to work across multiple international markets. 

A knowledge of motorsport is not a core requirement but passion for the consumer/fan is. 

A desire to learn and develop and keep up-to-date with latest marketing innovations. 

Travel will be required throughout the season to ensure the successful delivery of local marketing campaigns.
