Your role

The Accreditation Coordinator will support the Security and Accrediation team with planning, operational and administrative duties, both onsite at races and in the London HQ office. You will provide an exceptional level of customer service and will need proven experience working in the events industry. This role will report to the Pass and Accrediatations Manager. 

What you will be doing

Support the accreditation department operationally and administratively to ensure the smooth running and coordination of its activities.

Coordinate the Accreditation timeline and ensure that deadlines have been met throughout the calender. 

Data cross check for each event. Account management of populations as requested by line manager.

Liaise with the Design department to work on accreditation guides for external and internal stakeholders travelling to each race. i.e each guide will vary and have different protocals.  

Monitor and coordinate the Internal Accreditation Communications’ tool. 

Work closely with other departments (i.e Track & Overlay and Venue Operations) and support them on any projects. 

Coordination of accounts on site and Local team counterpart. 

General accreditation tasks as and when required by the Line Manager.

Deliver problem solving solutions whist working on-site. 

Deliver exceptional customer service to our fan and partners on site and be willing to provide support when needed. 

Coordination of set-up and dismantling of the Accreditation Centre.

Attend internal and external operational meetings as requested. 

Deliver onsite support for the ITVC and Media as requested. 

Act as an Ambassador of Formula E and the Accreditation department – proactive, solution driven, promoting safe operations and focused on optimising the experience of our client groups and their experience with Formula E. 

What we're looking for and what you will need

Experience working in the events industry and is passionate about deliverying exceptional customer service. 

A proactive, pragmatic attitude and approach to work , and be self motivated and driven. 

People and customer focused – enjoying engaging and working with new people from a variety of cultures, with the aim of creating effective working relationships in a short period of time. 

Be confident and comfortable in a fast-paced, live-event environment. 

Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time, maintaining a focus on the priorities. 

Good organisation skills, ability to multi-task, and be a team player. 

Dynamic, energetic, flexible, and able to adapt in quickly changing environments. 

Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communications skills. 

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must be comfortable travelling to the races in different countries. 

Additional languages (particularly French) a bonus.
