You will be responsible for:

To assist KAMs to achieve agreed objectives for customer satisfaction and business development ensuring Cosworth is the supplier of choice regarding electronics supply.

Assist KAMs will all areas of account management including, sales proposals, report writing, customer presentations, data analysis, pipeline and progress reporting.

Working with the wider commercial team to meet tasks and business objectives.

Be the example of best practice in our high performance commercial team.

Champion the use of our CRM system.

Work with other departments to ensure our customers receive a first class service.


The ideal person will hold the below skills and experience:

Experience in a commercial role, with a keen interest in the Motorsport sector and/or of electronic control systems.

A strong commercial or customer service support background supporting a sales function (key account managers, business development) to deliver results.

A goal-orientated individual who thinks creatively to achieve their objectives, and displays an aptitude for personal growth and progression.

Enthusiastic, demonstrates attention to detail and can network effectively.

Outstanding communication skills, capable of delivering technical messages clearly at all levels.

Demonstrates consistency and integrity in decision making and dealing with people.

Ability to lead by example, enable effective team and personal development

Passion to deliver commercial success, someone who enjoys spending time with customers.
